After selecting their name, the rep immediately sees a fork. Either way, nothing moves past Product. The difference is whether sales and product need to align first, or whether sales can hand directly to Product for review.

Sales knows the offer type, pricing model, timeline and all details. Fills the full intake form and submits directly to Product for review and QA.

Campaign is complex or unclear. Sales fills what they know. Product (Askar) steps in to define the campaign — back and forth until it's locked. Then intake is completed and submitted.

Partner info, chains, rough idea — whatever they have. Submits.

Askar gets a high-priority Asana task
Everything the rep filled in is in the task. Askar contacts the partner, challenges the brief, defines the campaign model and technical setup.

Rep gets "Pending Askar" subtask
This means: stop. Do not proceed. No calls needed — Askar is working.

Askar gives the green light
Askar clicks a link in his task, fills in what he confirmed, hits "Give Green Light". No calls, no Telegram.

Rep gets intake link — pre-filled
New Asana task for the rep with a direct link to the intake form pre-filled with everything Askar confirmed. Rep reviews and submits.
Both paths converge here: Intake submitted → goes to Product for review and QA sign-off. Same gate regardless.

Product reviews and approves.
Product QA Gate — Askar must sign off before Legal sees anything
Whether it came via Path A or Path B, the intake lands with Askar (Enterprise Solutions / Product). He reviews the campaign setup, configures the technical model, runs QA, and signs off. Legal never sees the contract brief until Product has approved.
